Mrs. Thompson is the CHOICES teacher at Saratoga School. She began her teaching career in 1974 after graduating from Illinois State University. Mrs. Thompson feels the children in her class are not only students but also teachers. She feels that in our life's journey we meet no one by accident and that all of her students teach her lessons about life every day. In her spare time she enjoys antiquing with her husband, gardening, music, theatre, traveling, and staying involved with her church. Mrs. Thompson has received her Master's in Educational Leadership and hopes to become an administrator.

Mrs. Adamczyk is one of the Speech Therapists.

Mrs. Sanburg

Mrs. Phelps is one of the Speech Therapists at Saratoga. She earned her undergraduate degree at Augustana. Illinois State University was the school that she attended for her masters in Speech and Language Pathology. Mrs. Phelps likes to go camping with family and friends in her free time. Her love of working with children is one of the main reasons she is in the field of Speech.

Mrs. Huffman graduated from the College of St. Francis in 1994 and taught regular education for three years in New Lenox. She received her special education certificate in 1998 and has been teaching for the GCSEC ever since. Mrs. Huffman is currently studying for her Masters in School Leadership at Olivet Nazarene. She is very excited to be at Saratoga this year. She has heard wonderful things about this school, and she feels that so far, all of them have been true. Mrs. Huffman is looking forward to being a part of the staff and community.

Mrs. Neuhalfen is the Grundy County Special Education Social Worker assigned to work with the Saratoga students.

Mrs. Fracassi is the Early Childhood - Developmental Kindergarten teacher at Saratoga School. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University.  Her degree is in early childhood education and early childhood special education.  Mrs. Fracassi's hobbies are playing softball and basketball, and scrapbooking.  She is originally from Orland Park and now lives on the west side of Shorewood with her husband. 

Mrs. Partridge

Mrs. Wright teaches the PRIDE class. She graduated from Northern Illinois Univ. in Dekalb and is very excited to be
teaching at Saratoga! Mrs. Wright says it feels great to back where she went to grade school and enjoys seeing familiar faces. In her free time, she loves to travel and go snow skiing (which she learned in 8th grade @ Saratoga) . At this time Mrs. Wright is working on her masters degree from Illinois State Univ.

Mrs. Graham is the teacher of a Primary Cross Categorical Instructional Program at Saratoga. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a double major in Special Education and Elementary Education. Mrs. Graham received her Masters from Aurora University in Administration.

Mrs. White is the Resource teacher. She graduated in 1994 from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology. In 1996 she graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education and Learning
Disabilities K-12. Mrs. White has had 6 years teaching experience at the high school level and one year teaching Early Childhood and Developmental Kindergarten. Her favorite novel is "Flowers For Algernon" and favorite author is Max Lucada. She spends her free time with her husband, son Gabe, and daughter Mikayla.

Mrs. Arkins is the Occupational Therapist at Saratoga. She graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2000. Mrs. Arkins enjoys traveling, reading, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Morrissy teaches Adaptive Physical Education at all Grundy County Schools. He works with groups and individual students with a variety of disabilities throughout the county. Mr. Morrissy graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1995. In his free time he enjoys coaching, golfing and watching T.V.

Ms. Prasczewicz is the Vision Itinerant at Saratoga
Ms. Hunter is the school psychologist at Saratoga. She likes being able to assist students, parents, and staff in achievement of educational success. She attended Illinois State University and attained her undergraduate degree in psychology. She also attended graduate school at National-Louis University, where she received her Masters in Education and Educational Specialist degrees.
Mrs. Conrod is the hearing itinerant at Saratoga.

Mrs. Walker is the Resource teacher. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a major in Special Education and a minor in Family and Child Studies.

Ms. Kohs is a physical therapist at Saratoga.
Ms. Swanson is an occupational therapist at Saratoga School.
