Saratoga's current student to multimedia computer ratio is approximately 5:1.
Our computers have Macintosh operating systems.
More than 100 multimedia computer systems are available to Saratoga students and staff. These computers are located in classrooms, on mobile carts, and in two labs.
In addition to the 100+ networked computers, many "older" machines are utilized in classrooms for working on projects and drill and practice programs.
Saratoga accesses the internet using two T1 lines which are shared with the other schools and library in Morris. Saratoga is a part of this wireless Wide Area Network (WAN).
The 100 multimedia computers include Power Macs, e-macs, i-macs, and i-books.
The computers are used for a wide variety of projects incorporating research, presentation, production, and drill and practice activities. We feel fortunate to have a tremendous amount of computers available.
