Hot Air Balloon Presentation by RE/MAX Balloon Team

On March 18th, the RE/MAX Balloon Team came to Saratoga School and gave two presentations on Hot Air Balloons. The presentations included: history of ballooning, pilot requirements, types of balloons, how balloons are built, balloon fabrics and strength, how weather affects hot air balloons, and why school is important. During the program the team cold inflated the balloon inside the gym and all students were given the opportunity to walk inside the balloon. After time for questions and answers, the children could look at the balloon basket and were given pencils to use in their classrooms. Thank your RE/MAX Balloon Team for coming to Saratoga School!
