The 7th grade class created "Slime" during their chemistry unit in science. They used polyvinyl alcohol and sodium borate to make their slime. The students were able to see a variety of reactions take place before their slime was created. The class had to be reminded to play with their slime in order to make it more elastic. This is one of the few times you will hear a teacher tell their students to play with their work!
