Third graders had a reading story, Lon Po Po,
that was a fable from China. They read several versions of Little Red
Riding Hood that is similar to it. Some of the children wrote their
own version of Little Red Riding Hood. "Wolf Wanted" posters were
also created. On the posters, the students wrote why the wolf was
wanted, 5 descriptive words of the wolf, and an amount for the
